Karen Fishburn is the Owner and President of Perfect Shine Cleaning Service, Inc and PSC Maintenance, Inc. Karen established these companies almost ten years ago. Establishing a business in Indiana has been a rewarding challenge for Karen. What started as a small enterprise has grown into a major janitorial service company in just a few short years. PSC provides businesses in Indiana as well as the surrounding states - soon nationwide, the quality, dependability and commitment of service that PSC insists upon. Karen prides herself on the team effort that PSC provides to its customers. Karen is also one of the National Founding Partners for Women Impacting Public Policy (WIPP) for the state of Indiana.

Diana Dass is Vice President of PSC Maintenance, Inc. and president of The Strategic Development Group (an affiliate of Leadership Management, Inc). Diana has been involved in Executive Management for twenty-five years. She retired from United Parcel Service in 2000 with 12 years of experience in Plant Engineering Maintenance Services. Diana is involved in the Business Community; she is presently on the board of Directors for The Network of Women Connect Foundation Board. She also serves on the Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce's Economic Growth Committee and the United Way Executive Women Leadership Program. Diana is also one of the Indiana National Founding Partners for WIPP.

Lisa Ruocco is the Office Manager here at PSC. Lisa assists the PSC staff and oversees the daily business that makes PSC run smoothly. She is helpful in answering questions for clients and assisting the management team here at PSC. If you call us, Lisa will be glad to provide you with the information and help you need.

Lee Houston and Brad Hubbard are our Account Specialists. They assist our new customers with building maintenance solutions and will help set up the new accounts that come into PSC. They will be glad to come to your building and give you a free quote for your maintenance requirements.
